Can I do the 2 sessions on 2 consecutive days like Saturday and

A: Absolutely. I like having a full 5-days off in a row, too.
Pick any 2 consecutive days because different muscles are worked
each day, and you are fine. Of course, you can pick any 2 days you
desire so long as you have a 6-day rest between working the same
body part again. We never want to induce overtraining.
